Prashant Garg
Hi! I'm Prashant, a PhD student at Economics and Public Policy Department of Imperial College Business School. I am also currently a Consultant at International Finance Corporation (IFC).
My primary research areas include networks, science of science, political economy, media and climate economics. I use econometrics, machine learning, and unstructured data in my work. My current projects include studies on the political expression of academics on social media, granular production network, the impact of supply shocks on trade-flows, meta-analysis of causal claims in research, and the measurement of political opinion and its influencers.
Thiemo Fetzer
I am a full Professor of Economics at Warwick University and from summer 2023 also at the University of Bonn (courtesy of Brexit). In addition, I hold other affiliations as an Academic Visitor at the Bank of England, a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics, as an Affiliate at the Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and as a Fellow at the British National Institute for Social and Economic Research (NIESR).
